Flush Overlay Design allows the door and drawer fronts to completely cover the cabinet face providing a flat cabinet front. Double doors do not require a vertical stile on the face frame.

Cabinet construction is AWMAC/AWI Premium Grade.

Cabinet body is 19MM (3/4”) 7 ply veneer core plywood.

Door and drawer fronts are 3 ply particle board plywood panels.

Drawer back, front and sides are 13MM (1/2”) 9 ply baltic hardwood plywood, dovetailed on all four corners. Drawer bottoms are 6MM (1/4”) thermofused melamine MDF and are grooved into all four sides of the drawer box.

Drawer front are separate and removable.

Exposed surfaces are AA Grade veneer. Standard veneer is White Maple, plain sliced. Other veneers are available on request.

Door and drawer fronts are vertically matched with-in the same cabinet.

Edging is 3MM (1/8”) solid hardwood.

Cabinets are designed specifically to be able to be relocated and reinstalled as required with all end gables being AA Grade veneer.

All exterior and interior surfaces are finished in a flat line, oven cured process using a System 7 Catalyzed Vinyl coating. Finish is acid and solvent resisting.

Construction, load testing and cabinet finish meets or exceeds and SEFA 8W-2016 for wood casework standards.
